Nine Lives does not collect or store any personal information. All data related to your vice tracking is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us or third parties.

If you make an in-app purchase (e.g., unlocking Lifetime Access), the transaction is handled securely by either Apple's In-App Purchase system or Google Play Billing, depending on your platform. We do not receive or store any payment details.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to support in-app purchases and functionality:

  • RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases. You can view their privacy policy.
  • Apple (App Store): All purchases are handled by Apple. See Apple's privacy policy.
  • Google (Play Store): All purchases are handled by Google. See Google's privacy policy.

3. Your Data, Your Control

  • Your usage data is stored on your device only.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
  • We do not collect names, emails, or personal identifiers.

4. Children's Privacy

Nine Lives is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

5. GDPR and Swiss Data Protection

As a privacy-conscious app, Nine Lives is designed to be GDPR and Swiss FADP compliant by default:

  • No personal data is collected, processed, or transferred outside the device.
  • You have full control and can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app.
  • We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
